    White Water Rafters Trapped, Saved

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     DaElmersBack was at Norway, Michigan's Piers Gorge, hoping to capture images of wildlife in the area. But as he was standing on the pier he saw rafters crossing the rapids, and their trip down the water turned frightening. 'They turned around and forcefully paddled back upstream against the current. They put themselves in a spot where the river was flowing over a rock,' he says. He says two people fell out of the raft. The instructor was able to gain control of the situation after a few attempts, according to DaElmersBack. 'I sent in this iReport so others can see that a fun trip out on the river during hot days can turn out badly in a heart beat. I happened to be in the right place at the right time,' he says.
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

As these rafters were coming down the river, they ran into a problem. They almost turned a fun afternoon into a dangerous situation.Their raft got stuck in a current and wouldn't move. Their instructor ended up saving their lives as you can see in this video, in the end they all got out..
