Dear President of Bank of America.
In this letter I explain my situation.
1-I am robbed by people and they did not pay me the rent and their checks are bad checks so I cannot cash them.
2- The insurance companies did not pay the damages which is over 200,000 dollars. I hired attorney for this and I am waiting.
The people also vandalize the building, because they were angry as they did not pay and I went to the court system.
3- My house is five times robbed and the police cannot do any serious action and the insurance companies do not pay also.
4- I am willing to work in dangerous places like Iraq and Afghanistan to make money to pay, but your system does not allow me to do this. If your bank damaged my credit and I cannot work, how you expect I pay?
5- I am willing to pay and I can make a contract that I pay you 50% of my salary which is over 300,000 to 400,000 dollars per year to the bank or more. I can pay off the whole money if I work there few years.
6- I can give authority to the bank that they can deduct 50% or more of my salary and put in my accounts that I opened with your bank. I need only to be cleared for work and as I told you, I am willing to pay. But if you do not let me work, I have no other choice than bankrupts and in this way the bank does not get anything or?
7- I am a teacher and helped the people in my boarding school and generally I have to be admired and they should not destroy my business. I trained the people to work and now they pay taxed instead of being in jail and government pay their costs. Please, consider this letter and give me a way to survive.
8- As you know the price of the real estate is down for %50 and I cannot compensate with the new price as the bank asks me the old price and old rate. If the bank modify the boarding school and my house, it is more just. The houses which are foreclosed are cheaper and the owners can rent much cheaper than me.
9- If your bank cooperates with me, I can continue to pay and your bank has money. That is a logical way. But until now the bank ignored me and they do not answer me or cooperate with me.
As a college teacher with over 30 year experience, I cannot be indifferent as I think I see the problems in our society and in the world society. Greed, injustice, ignorance, prejudice and false proud from one side and hate, disunity, to be indifferent and without hope from the other side is the routes of our problems. I cannot be indifferent and cannot also give up. As long as I live, I will try to share the problems with other people to find a good solution for them.
The people are angry and not happy, and they are trying to kill themselves and other people.
Here is one example. A naturalized American will have a lot of problems. He/she is persecuted in his/her country because of religion of his parent or at least one of them. The People who think they know the truth and are fundamentalist Moslem or Other religions, made the life difficult for them and so they came here, in the land of possibilities and freedom. To make it clear I take one example. Nasser was persecuted in Iran, because his mother was Bahai. His Moslem friend and Bahai family misused his position and robbed him. He came here and started to work, but Orange County gave him an occupational license for a boarding school, he opened the school and was happy and worked hard, the school had also a farm in which the students could grow organic food. He planted himself over 1000 citrus trees and other fruit trees. He builds cages, installs irrigation, fenced the farm and put every where stand lamps.
He put all his saving in this project and he borrowed a lot of money also from banks and credit cards to manage the business. As a college teacher, he did everything for the students who were living there and help them. But after three years, the Orange County found out that they did a mistake and they cancelled the occupational license. So he lost 800,000 dollars. How a teacher can compensate this money? The county told him, he can sue them. But how can he come of this trap? The attorneys want a lot of money to begin the work and he has no money to give them.
He rented the boarding school to the regular people, they thought he is rich and robbed him and did not pay the rent. He went to the court system to take them out. They got angry and destroyed the boarding school. They said they have no money, but how he can pay the taxes, insurance, mortgages and repair? So they left a damage house for him, water also damaged the house and insurance company just paid another company to dry the carpet for one week and after that they refused to pay. They robbed him also. They collected money for years, but in the time he needed them, they did not pay. He hired an attorney to get money from them. The people paid the rent with checks, but the checks are bad checks and cannot be cashed.
The people robbed also his buildings many times, and the police cannot do anything? Everything is fine for them, but not for Nasser.
As he knows a lot of languages, he found a good job, but now they do not hire him, because he had so many loans and he could not pay them. If the blocked he from work how can he pays?
I wrote an article to the people who are not born here and but they are American by naturalization, do not use credit cards, they give easy money to you, the people think you are rich and robe you and you have to pay the bank with high interest and fine and late fee.
Do not take any loan from the bank, again you use it and the people misuse it and you have to pay.
Do not trust the signature and paperwork of the government, the stamp and date or signature can be not horned and you have the problem. If you have a state document with signature and stamp, does not mean anything. They can say they did a mistake and canceled it. A company named ground conference took also over 1000 dollars from him and invited him to a hotel and many people were there also. They came and told him that this company can get easily ground for you and cheated him and later they gave him few books and disappeared. Again the police and FBI do not go after them, that is a free country and they let them to cheat.
Now dear Mr. President, you like to know why, there is so many problems here. That was just one example. If you are honest and want to work for love and unity of mankind, you are misuse and will be robbed and later you are responsible for all of these wrong doing. The American Nasser cannot work here, and the city has not money to compensate him, or at least let him work. He is responsible for the mistake of County, Bank and robbing or insurance companies and greedy people and bad checks. The people say in the third world, there is no law? Is this law here, that a person is robbed and the whole system is useless and cannot do something? He paid more than 700,000 dollars taxes, insurances, mortgage and repair for the boarding school and no police, no law and no insurance company can help him and the whole system is useless. We spent 5 trillion dollars for the war in Iraq and Afghanistan and cannot help a boarding school stay functioning and we do not let a teacher work, because he is robbed? Is it just?
We close all doors for Nasser; his family does not respect him, because he loved people and trusted them and wanted to help them, so they run away from him. Is it just a man after fourty years work as a college teacher is robbed and we do not let him work and nobody feel responsible for this? The whole system is indifferent or cruel in the whole world or?
Dear Mr. President that is the way, the people lose their hope and got crazy. Many students of mine got in this position. After a lot of work and seeing unjust, they lost their hope and were passive. They can be attracted by drug, kill themselves, kill other people, go to terrorists and do bad action. Why we have so many people in prisons? The greedy people robbed and the normal people lose their hope. I have more examples for this unjust. I know the system will also ignore me. I am American on the paper only for them. They do not respect also the papers as they did not respect the documents for the boarding school, Nasser said. How can Nasser survive here, if they do not let him work?
